We work on a contingency basis, so we only charge you a recruitment fee if we succeed in finding the right candidate for you. Here is an overview of our charges:
One-time initial fee for new clients if you choose to meet our candidates
€250 in Germany and Austria. CHF 300 in Switzerland.
Full-time staff fee
We charge this fee if we successfully fill your position. The fee is due after employment commences. You can choose from two Guarantee Options:
Option A: One-and-a-half months' salary to be paid by the client. Should the candidate leave the position within the first three months, DESIGNERDOCK will provide, if possible, a replacement at no further cost.
Option B: Two months' salary to be paid by the client. Should the candidate leave the position within the first six months, DESIGNERDOCK will refund some or all of the paid commission, e.g. a 100% refund within the first week of employment, 75% within the first month etc. The exact percentages can be found in our Terms of Business.
Freelance staff fee
Candidates pay DESIGNERDOCK a 10% commission for each successful placement. The fee is already part of their hourly or daily rate. If or any reason you're not happy with our placement, we'll attempt to find you a replacement as quickly as possible.
