Senior Strategist (m/w/d) German Speaking for international Agency
A creative B2B agency in Amsterdam. They make engaging and activating campaigns for intelligent brands – actually for their customers. They work mostly on European scale, but also nationally in the Netherlands and internationally for larger clients.
The trategist asks (and answers ;-) the questions: Is this the right brief for this problem? What is the business objective here? How can we make this a successful project, for our client and for the agency? You translate client briefings into creative springboards and client expectations into smart communication.
For him, communication is bigger than advertising. He is a true advocate of the customer and therefore you develop engaging stories, educational content and usefuls tools that make a real difference
He dives deep into complex subjects and become the internal thought leader on a topic. His research and insight opens doors both creatively and in business
He loves the kick of achieving success as a team – and he champions collaboration with users, clients and partners
He knows how to get people behind your ideas, he inspires and triggers action
He runs engaging workshops and presents with authority
He is not afraid of some hands-on work: Content plans, Wireframes, Campaign flows are some of his concrete deliverables.
He contributes to the continuous development of skills, tools and techniques in the Strategy Team
He speaks the language of creatives, his creative springboards are a starting point for surprising and effective communication
His involvement doesn’t stop at the end of a project.
5+ years agency experience in the role of Strategist
Master level or higher university degree
Result-oriented with strong analytical skills
Excellent writing skills
Fluent in German and English, Dutch is a plus.
