Creative Director Art (m/w/d)
A new agency model that brings together creativity, technology and data to dramatically improve the creativity and efficiency of a worldwide leading iconic skincare brand. The HQ in Hamburg will lead a network of global hubs to cover over 40 markets of the brands world.
Creative lead for a brand category. Along with other CDs leading a team of 12–15 creatives. Reporting to global CCO. Development of holistic communication campaigns for traditional global media with a huge emphasis on instore retail, social media and digital channels. Responsibility from conceptual development to production across all media channels.
- Experience as a creative director and proven ability to lead an international team across various creative disciplines (traditional, digital/social, POS, CRM, etc.)
- Proven expertise in leading global integrated campaigns
- Convincing presentation, leadership and communication skills
- Strategic thinking, strong in concept and precise in implementation
- Ability to work with teams from different cultures and backgrounds
- Skincare/beauty product expertise
- Very good written and spoken English with a willingness to travel
